full. If you are purchasing products for the purpose of exporting them, you should

null and void. Eppys.com shall have no liability to you or any third party for special,
incidental, indirect, exemplary or consequential damages or any other economic hardship

liability is limited strictly to replacement, or repair or the value of the products
purchased. In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical
error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, Eppys.com shall
have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for products listed at the
incorrect price, whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card
charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and we cancel
your order, Eppys.com shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account
in the amount of the incorrect price.
