SHIPPING RATES
In the continental United States, Eppy’s.com shipping rates are based on the purchase price of the items and total weight of the order. The following breakdown is for all regular orders weighing less than 50 lbs.
FREIGHT CHARGES
ANY PACKAGE:
- weighing more than 100 pounds
- exceeding 108 inches in length, or
- exceeding a total of 130 inches with girth combined
  must be shipped via truck freight
Bulky items weighing more than 50 pounds may be shipped via freight to avoid damage during shipment. For the above mentioned packages, additional freight charges may apply. They will not be included in your initial order total, and an Eppy’s customer service representative will contact you to gain authorization for the additional charges.Your order will not be processed without your authorized consent. FREE DROP SHIP
Items marked with “Free Drop Shipping” will ship directly from the factory. A Customer Service Representative will contact you to arrange special delivery details, such as tailgate required or residential delivery.
OVERNIGHT OR SECOND DAY AIR
If you need an item shipped immediately, we encourage you to call a Customer Service Representative at 718-434-7878 during regular business hours to make special arrangements. Any request for special shipping circumstances, such as overnight or second day air must be included in the “comments” section of your order. Additional shipping charges may apply to these circumstances and will be charged to your credit card when billing is processed.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
All international orders must be placed with a customer service representative by calling 718-434-7878 during regular business hours. United States territories such as Puerto Rico, Guam, and the US Virgin Islands are NOT considered to be foreign addresses. However, additional charges may apply for shipments to these territories.
