GRIPEDGE R.P.T. (Rounding Prevention Technology) Hex bit sockets are designed to replace standard hex tools. R.P.T. prevents rounding of good Hex fasteners and can remove extremely compromised Hex fasteners. Patented bi-directional geometry delivers up to 50 more torque on good fasteners and up to 400 more on damaged fasteners. Compromised fasteners can be re-inserted if a replacement is not available. Each bit is precision-machined from S2 steel for strength and durability and coated for corrosion resistance. All sockets have oversized, roll-stamped, ink-filled size markings and nickel chrome plating for extra protection.
