GRIPEDGE RPT (Rounding Prevention Technology) bits are designed to completely replace traditional drive tools. RPT bits provide up to 50 more torque on new/good fasteners and up to 400 more on stripped/damaged fasteners. In emergencies without a replacement, RPT allows reuse of a damaged fastener. Each impact bit is precision-machined from Cr-Mo steel for strength and durability, has laser-etched size markings, and is coated with manganese phosphate for corrosion resistance.
