• Ensure optimal performance of your high-speed Ratchet Knob™ with our O-ring Service Kit! Our high-speed model is designed with O-rings. Over time the O-rings may break, or you may experience an increase in oscillation. When that happens, it’s time to replace the O-rings • The service kit includes a silicone-based grease/oil and 10 O-rings which will allow you to service your high-speed Ratchet Knob™ up to 5 times • To change O-rings: • Use a pick to remove old o-rings • Pre-lubricate new o-rings with silicone grease provided prior to installation • Starting at the corner, hold the o-ring in the groove and slide over the face of the lug until it fully seats into position • Repeat for the second side • If you feel it necessary at this stage, another application of grease to the outside of the o-ring is acceptable • Done!
