Consumable products are warranted at the time of sale and only against defects in workmanship or materials that prevent their use. Consumable products are those goods, which are expected to be used up or worn out during use. These products include, but are not limited to drill bits, grinding/sanding discs, knife blades, files, bolts, lights, batteries, chisels, taps and dies.
Manufacturers have different warranty policies on air, electric, and hydraulic tools and equipment. Some are as short as 90 days while others carry a marathon lifetime warranty. It is always important to remember that warranties only cover manufacturers’ defects and NOT ABUSE or MISUSE. Most equipment is repaired at a Factory Authorized Warranty Center. HAND TOOLS
Most hand tools carry a full lifetime replacement warranty. Remember, warranties only cover manufacturer’s defects and NOT ABUSE or MISUSE. If the item is considered to be subjected to abnormal use it is NOT warrantable. Items can only be exchanged for the identical item. We are happy to replace any broken hand tools you have purchased from us if it meets all the criteria mentioned above. All freight charges are the obligation of the customer. Your warranty issues can also be brought straight to the manufacturer and Eppy’s can also supply all contact information.
